| the sport 530 "kit" as you refer to it costs about $3000, and includes nothing but the turbos themselves. There are no other pieces provided. The Z1 kits include all the gaskets, and the oil lines with the restrictors. Both use new garrett turbos. You mention the vendors - JWT didn't know that you needed to use restrictors in the BB turbos, and neither did the guys at specialtyZ - and I took both of their advice, and used the stock oil lines. My $3000 sport 530s smoked from initial startup, and necessitated me pulling the engine after 3k miles from the build.
After pulling the turbos and swapping them for the GT675RS "kit" (yes, it included everything needed to install the turbos, including the oil lines), I called JWT to ask them to inspect them for me so that I could be sure that I was selling a product in good condition, after I sent them 3 separate e-mails a week apart. Ben basically told me to go fuck myself (his exact words were "we won't do that unless it is a warranty issue") I had an issue with a fitting on the GT675RS turbo kit. Russell personally e-mailed me after my first e-mail, within a day. He offered to overnight me a new fitting, but since I had made my own, he offered to give me a deal on my next order. The GT675RS kit fit very well, and did not smoke at all.
